Strategic Planning is the path of an organization success path in the coming years. Effective marketing requires sound strategic planning at a number of levels in an organization. Planners at the top, middle and lower levels of the organization must work together to create a strategy, using tactical planning and marketing plan, in order to full achieve the goals and objectives of the organization.
